My Story

Each chapter of my story seems to always begin with the question, What’s Next? What’s Next, when my children were young, my husband traveled and I wanted to go back to work. What’s Next, when I needed a flexible career for my kid’s sick days or I wanted to sit on the sidelines of their games. And then a few years back, What’s Next, my nest was starting to empty.

Re-invention has been a theme in my life, an ongoing process that I welcome. A client once called me, the “Queen of Reinvention”. I love that. Change is good, but it can be scary and unsettling. The question has always been What’s Next, will serve my family and satisfy my soul. The What’s Next question is magnified at midlife because we are less limited by other’s needs. This creates all kinds of possibility for us.

I am a wife, mother of three grown children and one crazy golden retriever, living on Cape Cod. My professional background includes, corporate, two multi-employee home businesses, and a retail store. I have always been busy and fairly happy, but it wasn’t until one day working with my Life Coach that my life started to change.

I began to look at the themes in my life. One major theme was that women would seek me out for advice and counsel on reinventing themselves, finding a new purpose and seeking balance in their lives. I had been doing this unconsciously for as long as I could remember and it was right in front of me all the time. I just couldn’t see it.

I had discovered, my ability to “connect the dots”. This combined with excellent listening skills was attracting women to seek me out as a life and business mentor. And just like that, an enormous pivotal point in my life. I had discovered my purpose and my sweet spot.

I sold the retail business, went back to school and graduated as a Certified Life Coach. I love working full time with two generations of women. My clients are Midlife Women and Millennial Women both are looking to make transitions in their lives.

Midlife Women have put themselves on the back burner for too many years and are not feeling excited to get out of bed in the morning. These are women who have that feeling that there is more for them in life, but don’t know how to get started making changes. They are unfulfilled, and feeling a lack of purpose and direction. At Midlife it becomes even more urgent for you to find your purpose and create a life that makes your soul sing.

Millennial Women are in transition also. Whether they are in their last years of high school, enrolled in college or recent college graduates, these women are trying to sift through the infinite options and opportunities that are available to them. This Millennial generation has more choices than any generation before them, and sometimes the more choices you have, the more confusing it can be. I know this first hand with my 3 Millennial children who continue to navigate life’s opportunities.

To feel happy and fulfilled you must continually transform yourself as your needs change, but most women don’t know how to get started. I can help. I love what I do, and I want every one of my clients to experience that pivotal moment when their life begins to shift, focus materializes and the answer to the question, What’s Next, begins to reveal itself.

Let’s get started!
